Lovely food and lovely staff. Very accommodating. Our son was able to have a kids afternoon tea even without pre-booking, which made him (and us!) very happy! The prices are really good! I had the lunch platter for one, the chicken and bacon sandwich was nice, the carrot cake was the best I’ve ever had!

Just popped by (unfortunately the road was closed but garden centre and tea room still open) we had cheesecake and a cold drink. Beautifully decorated, air con and reasonable prices. Afternoon tea £25.00 per person and looked amazing nice slices of cakes not the normal little ones, and a picnic bench for the children’s one. The feeling I got visiting here was they care about customer service and the atmosphere. Definitely would pop in again please try and visit while the road is closed need to help small business.

Fabulous little gem just right here within an amazing nursery garden centre. Fabulous food and cakes. All home made. Perhaps one of the best cappuccino we have had in long time. Fantastic host. Clean spot on.

We went on mothers day. It’s really nice inside and the staff are friendly, there’s a really good atmosphere there. I had a ploughmans, it was really nice and you got a lot of food for your money. My wife had a ham cheese panini, that was really nice and my son had a child’s afternoon tea. It’s the first child’s afternoon tea I’ve seen and it was presented really nice. He was very happy with it. Thanks to all the staff at The little Teacup!

We are visiting out grandmother who lives in Corringham (we live in New Zealand) and wanted to try a traditional English tea room. This place was amazing!!!! Delicious food, fantastic service, really friendly ladies working there, beautiful decor The ploughman's was especially great, as was the chocolate cake. I want to come back as soon as possible. Also set in a garden centre, so it is surrounded by beautiful flowers
